Portrait evening

It was another evening of fun for Dawlish and Teignmouth camera club on Wednesday.

Several portrait studios were set up in the hall and members were invited to bring along some 'props'. These included Santa hats and costumes, a wedding hat and a black wig and members took turns to pose in front of the cameras. This caused some hilarity as the hats were passed from head to head and some of the more experienced photographers were on hand to give advice on camera settings, lighting and flashguns, hopefully resulting in the perfect portrait.

Some members decided to try different techniques with their camera using the Christmas tree and lights as props, with some interesting if abstract results.

The club always welcomes newcomers, so come and see us soon. See more information about the Dawlish and Teignmouth Camera Club.
